Happiest day in our office – Black marlin Hackathon

It was a wonderful experience on Saturday (4th April 2015). Almost entire Cogzians were participated in that Hackathon. I have absorbed lots of happiest things on that event particularly team work. All participants enjoyed the working environment. They don’t feel tired till the end of the event.

That was a great chance to proof team work of our Avengers team. We have given the best but still some flaws was there and I am very confident we will plan and rock on next Hackathon. Not only Avengers Testing and Development team did their best effort into the event. Atlast we have reached almost near our target but we missed in this Hackathon.

Kamali and Ragavan had more interest to give guest performance and they did well. Great singing by Kamali and Ragavan. Inbetween our Avengers team & Yokesh also performed and change the environment more happy. Really its good to work by listening our favorite song.

I am sure this is our first step of our Success. Damn sure we will definitely win the next Hackathon and waiting for next event (18th Apr 2015).

Quite an interesting topic today – About Written Medium

Topic: How do you communicate differently than in person if at all? how do you communicate emotion and intent in a purely written medium.

It is really easy to communicate the persons directly when comparing to chat with them. I will talk the persons with tuns of emotion and face reaction to express my feelings but in written its quite tough. But I can express my emotion by using different words with punctuation’s. Like If I am sharing an important thing in my conversation I will use “Double quotes”. And If I am getting angry I will use CAPITAL letters to show my anger. I will use !!! exclamatory symbols for surprise and happy.

I will use proper words without spelling and grammatical mistakes and I will recheck my sentence before I send it to anyone. I read my sentences by myself and ensure that the same feeling what I am thinking which has been in my written passage or not. If I am getting satisfied I will send that conversation otherwise I will modify and send back to them.

His rules and disciplines that he followed by priorities (Customer, Employee, Vendor, Bank, Government, Entrepreneur) is really hats off to him. His strategies to sell his first product is “Chik” shampoo and marketing the product shows lots of case studies for us. Every person who having the attitude to become an Entrepreneur must watch this video.
Again office serial vishwanathan video about Purpose of recruitment and promotion, attitude of the Employee. Every HR must watch this video. The meaning of attitude – Continuous pattern of behavior. Attitude is good for each and every person when it is not affects the company rules. The same “Adapt to the purpose” this is what we have started doing in our company.
